Following a session of intense cleaning up in the studio Agent 3 came across a box Rigidmouths. Agents 1 and 3 put this book out a few years back....it was limited to 1000 copies...and featured people like One Mor, Stormie, Charlie Dark, Juice 126 and Lucy McLauchlan...They’re now in the shop.....over yonder....you must buy one

It’s been a while since we posted any mixes...I’d love to say it was due to paucity of good stuff out there but the reality is that we just haven’t got around to it....

However when we get wind of a Hudson Mohawke mix out there....it goes on straight away...even if it does claim to be a Skiffle mix

Agents 1 and 3 have returned to the frey in London - a 5 am landing has resulted in a little bleariness though. They bring with them video footage of the Hillman Bridge - to be edited this week by Agent 1 - some shots from a car project they contributed to whilst in Perth and a new and a classic bit of Stormie activity

Here’s some shots from Rough and Timid’s contributions to the Bendigo Art Cars project - in which a select group of established as well as up and coming artists, designers & TV personalities from both Australia and abroad have decorated a model car body. If you’re around Bendigo Marketplace Shopping Centre from Monday 21 July until 10 August you’ll be able to catch all the cars and even bid for one when the show ends

We like...no no let me correct that...we are obsessed with bookshops and all that they contain, especially if the papyrus therein features stickers or sneakers....as luck would have it we have been feeding our obsession this week with these...

Sticker Bomb, by Studio Rarekwai, is a book of 250 (or thereabout), stickers... Agent 3 wrote the foreword and also features inside, as does Stormie and System

Then Custom Kicks by Maki in the Netherlands is a cornucopia of customised sneakers, again including our very own Agent 3

Custom Kicks is out now and Sticker Bomb is out September... (But the agents have already sneakily seen a copy!)

Agent 1 hauled himself out of his lovely comfy bed on Saturday morning to check out the Delta show at Elms Lesters and came away with this

Feeling pleased with himself Agent 1 then headed to the MHI shop to have a look at their sample sale and managed to acquire some deadstock Futura vs MHI. Rumour has it that there’s more to come out the warehouse so keep an eye out.

Agent 3 is back from over there and has provided further pictorial evidence.

Stormie’s in town - from the other side of the world - and will be in attendance at the Burning Bridges show opening on the 12th June at the Brick Lane Gallery.

Friday music is go.

Agent 1 is in charge today so I’m afraid that means there may be some black metal links below.

Right out the gate here’s one. Gallhammer. Japanese all female doom metal band - Vivian Slaughter, Risa Reaper and Mika Penetrator. With this as a soundtrack Agent 1 has been known to ride the blue skid flame on Mario Kart all the way to the gold cup.

Let’s carry on shall we....again Agent 1 insists that we encourage you all to indulge in a little Ebola and a mix for late night sofa casualties.

Big big Friday today. The day is no larger but our update is.....

One for your diaries. The MCs For Life conference will be taking place 28th and 29th June at Birmingham’s Custard Factory. The conference element appears particularly interesting with a look at language and styles of rap and the international distillation of rap such as Grime (London), Hip Life (Ghana), Timba (Cuba), Kuduro(Angola) and Kwaito (South Africa). Expect to be rubbing shoulders with Black Thought, Lord Finesse, Rich Medina, Ursula Rucker, DJ Spooky, Charlie Dark and many many more.

Still on the music front Agent 2 would like to draw your attention to the most listened to hip hop radio show on the planet - The Wake Up Show.

Well we had a busy weekend for once. Friday was the Public Enemy show at Brixton Academy....which we will not comment on...I'd imagine that certain forums will be buzzing with conjecture on that one. It was great to see a reformed APC with a mystery new member and Agents 1 and 3 giggled like schoolgirls when they managed to catch the ping pong balls thrown into the crowd. To everyone's surprise the Bomb Squad seemed to have caught the dubstep bug....

Saturday Agent 1 was to be found in a small room with a very very large windmachine throwing post-it notes at willing volunteers for an advert.

Sunday we all trooped off to the new Vibe Live venue to see Agent 3 in action with Reptiles...a storming show and a handsome new venue as well. Evidence below

Ok, so we know it's not Friday, and Friday is designated music day. But after hearing some snippets of audio from the brand new Kobra Audio Labs album, we simply had to post this link to a mini mix from it...The album is out next month and we suggest you buy it, cos it's bloody brilliant!

Have you looked outside today ? I wouldn't like to be painting halfway to the sky on that cherrypicker outside the Tate Modern. To business then - word reaches us from Stormie of Bizare's first solo show in Athens. Having seen these images a number of Agents have expressed a desire to retire to a darkened room and very quietly fade away - this truly is extraordinary work.

Juice 126 has just been on the email drawing our attention to a new show coming up at the Leonard Street Gallery from a couple of our favourite artists - Doze Green and Rostarr. If you are not familiar with either of them then we're not sure that you'd be much use at graffiti Trivial Pursuit....our advice would be to get yourself along to the gallery and drink in what promises to be a killer collaboration

First up here's a mix from Agent 3's new best music friends 2600 Recordings. Those of you who know us will know that the label Wordsound factors very heavily in all our record collections - in fact Agent 1 may own more Sensational recordings than is strictly healthy and has been known to terrify his neighbours with late night Spectre sessions. So it is with some joy that we advise you to go here. Keep it illbient

We also rather enjoy a late night hit of Adult Swim - especially the backwoods stylings of Squidbillies - so here's some musical action from them and Ghostly International

Agent 2 would like to introduce a new label to you all - J-Tek. Bringing back the long lost jungle techno sound. Fusing classic 4/4 rhythms and syncopated funk breakbeats, J-Tek takes us to a classic age of electronic music (1992-1994) that was short-lived, but full of energy. So yet another Nancy Victor spectacular begins... LX One has come to London and made the biggest f**king splash I've ever seen a French artist make... Design Week are all over him like a rash and his artwork is flying off the walls like hot cross buns at Easter... If you missed the opening last night, trust me you seriously want to see this exhibition. It's HOTT!!! And there's still a couple of pieces available for stupidly cheap prices...give it a year and I'd treble that at least...Anyway here's a taster of what it looks like... Even though he is thousands of miles away sunning himself on a bounty bar beach Remdog has managed to record and release a brand new EP on the Myuzyk Netlabel. It's completely free to download, no registering, or anything, just go get it and enjoy it. If you're a fan of the master of the MPC Mike Ladd then you'll be overstimulated when you hear he introduces the EP. Nice artwork too....

For our first entry we'd like to direct you to matters of business concerning Agents 1 and 3 - also known as TiMiD and Remdog. TiMiD has been busy over the last few weeks getting ready for his first solo exhibition at the Nancy Victor Gallery on Charlotte St. Much black latex has been flung onto the walls of the gallery and left to drip and pool. The results are below. The show continues until the 18th April

As for Remdog - well he's been adding to his growing list of remix projects with a dirty bitcrushing reworking of Radiohead's 'Nude" from their last album. Download it here If you like what you hear get over to the Radiohead remix site and vote for him.
